Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our office operations, assisting with order processing, and helping maintain smooth communication with customers, vendors, and internal departments.Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.Key Responsibilities:Manage international orders and coordinate global shipping logisticsOversee inventory and ensure timely fulfillment from warehouse to customerHelp coordinate international shipments, including preparing shipping documents and permitsMaintain accurate records for orders, inventory, and customer filesSupport team members with scheduling, reporting, and other clerical tasksProvide administrative support including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondenceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not requiredExperience in international sales, logistics, or supply chain managementFamiliarity with agricultural products or seed distribution (a plus!) xaygatp Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solverProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTeam-oriented with a proactive attitudeBilingual in English/Spanish is a plusPay is DOE
