This is a great position for someone who is looking to expand their career, and join a company with a fun, fast-paced and inspirational culture.The Senior Manager, Modern Workforce & Applications is responsible for delivering a modern, secure, and customer-centric employee technology experience across collaboration platforms, workforce applications, and end-user services. This leader will oversee Microsoft 365 platforms, workforce enablement technologies, and a broad portfolio of workforce applications outside of ERP and HR systems.This role combines operational leadership, workforce enablement, application governance, change management, and vendor partnership to ensure employees can work securely, efficiently, and effectively across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong product and service mindset, balancing operational excellence with user experience, adoption, and continuous improvement.You will partner closely with technical engineering teams, project managers, IT operations, security, enterprise applications, and business stakeholders to driving the roadmap to improve workforce productivity, technology adoption, and operational maturity across the enterprise.Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions) Modern Workplace, Collaboration & ApplicationsDrive a customer-focused employee technology experience centered on usability, productivity, reliability, and adoption.Define and maintain the product roadmap for the workforce technology platforms leading the strategy and delivery of services such as M365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Power Platform), unified communications, and other identity-integrated collaboration tools.Develop standards, governance models, and best practices for workforce collaboration technologies.Manage a portfolio of applications and ensure critical applications have clear operational ownership, governance, lifecycle management, and support alignment.Partner with Identity and Security teams to ensure secure authentication, lifecycle governance, and compliance standards.Change Management & Workforce EnablementLead change management and user adoption initiatives for workforce technologiesDevelop scalable enablement programs including onboarding resources, training, self-service documentation, communication plans, and best practices.Measure adoption and utilization metrics to guide platform improvements and training investments.Vendor and Financial ManagementManage strategic vendor relationships including Microsoft, VARs, and SaaS providers.Partner with Vendor Management teams on software renewals, business reviews, licensing optimization and continuous improvement opportunities.Build and operate a software asset management practice for the platforms in scope: license rightsizing, utilization analytics, renewal strategy, and reclamation programs.Support Microsoft licensing strategy and purchasing models including Enterprise Agreements (EA), CSP programs, and related contract structures.Strengths and Background7+ years of experience leading workplace technology, collaboration platforms, workforce applications, or end-user technology functions.3-5+ years of people management experienceStrong expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID integrations.Experience leading organizational change management, user adoption, and workforce enablement initiatives.Experience managing SaaS platforms, licensing, vendor relationships, and application governance processes.Experience working with Microsoft purchasing models including Enterprise Agreements (EA), CSP programs, and VAR/vendor relationships.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership skills.Experience with identity and access management concepts including SSO, RBAC, MFA, and lifecycle governance preferred.Leadership CharacteristicsCustomer-focused Strategic Collaborative Operationally disciplined Strong communicator Passionate about employee enablement and continuous improvementSalary Range: $140k - $150kWhat’s in it for you?We offer a competitive salary along with exceptional benefits such as:Medical, Dental and Vision CoverageHybrid Work EnvironmentLife and Disability InsuranceUnlimited Time off + Paid HolidaysFridays off between Memorial Day and Labor Day401(K) Savings Plan Matching at 4%10 Coaching and Therapy sessionsMental Health BenefitsBrand Discounts & ReimbursementsIn-house workout facilitiesProfessional Development OpportunitiesTeam Building, Employee Engagement Activities & so much moreWORK SCHEDULEPurpose Brands LLC, Currently Observe The Following Hybrid Work Model For Employees At Our Boca Raton (FL), Woodbury (MN), And Seattle (WA) OfficesRemote optional: FridaysOn-site days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and ThursdaysDIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION STATEMENTPurpose Brands is committed to encouraging, facilitating, and upholding an environment centered on diversity, equity, and inclusion across every facet of the Purpose Brands.
