Driven by its mission-focused approach, the company seeks top talent to develop impactful solutions.Oak Grove Technologies offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.RequirementsResponsibilities:CSEL program management in accordance with all applicable regulationsPerform management, training, and instructor certification functions in support of academic, laboratory and operational trainingServe as the CSEL program manager and technical subject matter expertServe as the overall system administrator / SME for the CSEL training architectureProvide SERE Specialist training on management and use of CSEL web application accounts, hand-held radios, and PTIUProvide CSEL support for SERE training in field and classroom environmentsPerform management, training, and instructor certification functions in support of academic, laboratory, and operational trainingProvide, prepare, and conduct CSEL related training, briefings, reviews, after-action reports, and meetings.Minimum Requirements/QualificationsHave two (2) years’ experience knowledge in and demonstrate familiarity with the DoD CSEL over the horizon architecture to include operations of the CSEL web-app terminal and/or CSEL base stationExperience providing CSEL command and control coverage in an operational environmentAbility to pass a physical, and psychological evaluationActive Secret Security Clearance at the time of hireJob Types: Full-time, ContractWork Location: In personSecurity Clearance RequirementsPosition requires an active SECERT clearance.Join our team and help us ensure that our personnel are prepared for any challenge they may face in the field!Oak Grove Technologies is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
