We are looking for someone who can help track receipts, monitor office spending, organize expense records, and support basic financial admin tasks for a fast-paced and growing company.What You’ll Do:Track, organize, and maintain receipts and expense recordsHelp monitor office spending and day-to-day purchasesAssist with expense reports and basic financial documentationKeep records organized and easy to reviewCommunicate with team members regarding missing receipts or spending detailsSupport office leadership with finance-related admin tasksHelp create better systems for tracking purchases, supplies, and expensesWhat We’re Looking For:Strong attention to detailTwo - Three days a week / 15 hours a weekOrganized, reliable, and trustworthyComfortable working with numbers and basic expense trackingGood communication skillsAbility to follow up and keep things movingExperience with finance, bookkeeping, office administration, or expense tracking is a plusComfortable using spreadsheets, email, and basic office systemsWhy Join Anything Is Possible Inc.?At Anything Is Possible Inc., we believe that strong systems help strong teams grow.
