Maintenance Technician

2nd: 3 pm – 11 pm3rd: 11 pm – 7 amNormal workweek is Monday – Friday but they do have OT available on the weekendsResponsibilitiesAssist the Maintenance Supervisor and help improve department operations, facilities, and groundsDiagnose issues, complete repairs promptly, perform preventive maintenance, and work with subcontractors as neededBend/install conduit up to 2”, work with EMT/rigid types, and install or repair motor controls, relays, and switchesComplete required paperwork, follow controller programs, and stay updated on new maintenance technologiesPartner with supervisors, support team operations, and contribute as a reliable, team‑oriented maintenance memberQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferredAt least one year working with die‑casting machineryComputer‑literate with the ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings and understand factory equipment and repairsMust be able to communicate in English; bilingual English‑Spanish is a plusExcellent communication skills, self‑motivated, and able to work independently and reliablySalary: $25/hr.+ DOEAsk for: Aarti ManchandaAjulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
