Learn more at www.natec-network.com.Position Overview:Natec is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting/Financial Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to support the financial operations of our growing manufacturing business. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our finance and operations teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes, while gaining experience in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Maintain accurate financial records and assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.Help prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Assist department heads with budget tracking and financial planning.Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure timely payments.Support external accountants with tax preparation and audits.Contribute to improving and maintaining accounting systems and procedures.Collaborate with the operations team to assist in inventory costing and tracking.Qualifications:Background in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent knowledge).3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial administration, ideally in a manufacturing or small business environment (solid knowledge of AP/AR/GL).Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance are requiredFamiliarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Rydoo, SAP S4Hana preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Good organizational and time management abilities.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A flexible work environment and a collaborative, supportive company culture.
