This is a fast-paced kitchen and we have high expectations of our employees, but we also take good care of our team.Roles and Responsibilities:Prepare, assemble and serve products to food stationsEnsure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellenceCommunicate clearly with fellow team members and leadersBe on your feet for long periods of timeMaintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and maintaining equipmentUnload delivery truck supplies and place in the proper storage areaMaintain a well-groomed, clean, and professional appearanceComply with all portion sizes, quality standards, third-party and Health Inspection StandardsAssemble, clean, and maintain operating equipment: pressure fryer, open fryer, grill, temperature gaugesRequirements:A positive attitudeA hunger to growA desire to work hard in serving othersAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work and move with a sense of urgencyBasic mathematical and portioning skillsAbility to lift up to 45 poundsPass our food handler safety course before workingCompany InformationChick-fil-A Aventura is dedicated to becoming the world's most caring company.
