IT Asset Analyst - Connection

Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze asset management requirements, translating them into actionable system enhancements. Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, including inventory tracking, compliance monitoring, reporting, disposition, and end‐of‐life processing. Implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce audit findings, and improve data integrity across enterprise asset platforms. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real‐time visibility into asset status, utilization, and compliance metrics. Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate asset data, timely disposal, and adherence to regulatory standards. Requirements Proven experience in IT asset management within a large, global environment. Strong business analysis and process improvement skills, with a track record of delivering measurable efficiencies. Advanced data analytics capabilities, including proficiency with reporting tools and SQL. Familiarity with enterprise asset management systems and compliance frameworks.
