Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caregiver, located in Vernon Rockville, CT. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Additional duties include monitoring residents’ health, supporting their mobility, managing medications as directed, providing companionship, and creating a safe and comfortable living environment. The Caregiver will collaborate closely with other team members and families to ensure the wellbeing of residents. Qualifications Experience in personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily living tasksAbility to monitor health indicators and manage medication administration as directedStrong interpersonal and communication skills to provide companionship and support to residentsPatience, empathy, and a caring demeanorReliability and ability to work collaboratively within a teamCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus but not mandatoryPrevious experience in assisted living or memory care facilities is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent
