Deliver exciting remediation, building and Defence projects across Newcastle and the HunterBuild your career with an ASX-listed leader in construction and remediationJoin a collaborative team with real growth and development opportunitiesTHE ROLEBased in Newcastle, you will support the successful delivery of remediation, façade, building and Defence projects across the Hunter and broader NSW region. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will coordinate project activities, manage stakeholders, and help deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities, subcontractors and suppliers across multiple projectsAssist with project planning, scheduling, reporting and cost trackingMaintain project documentation, contracts and project recordsSupport budgeting, forecasting and variation managementIdentify project risks and contribute to practical project solutionsEnsure compliance with HSEQ, quality and company systemsAbout YouTertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline, with 2–3 years' experience in project coordination, project engineering or construction delivery rolesExposure to remediation, building, infrastructure, façade and/or Defence projectsStrong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skillsSound commercial understanding of project delivery, budgeting and cost controlHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage competing prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using project management and reporting systems highly regardedThe BenefitsOngoing rewards & recognition programsAccess to everyday discounts from Australia’s leading retailers with FlarePaid parental leaveEmployee referral programs up to $2,000Salary sacrifice optionsEmployee Assistance ProgramNovated lease optionsAbout UsThe Duratec group of Companies is an ASX listed, solutions–driven business specialising in the protection, remediation, and enhancement of steel and concrete structures.
