A commitment to quality, reputation, and exceeding client expectations is central to our culture, and much of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Construction Operations Coordinator position based in Dania Beach, FL, reporting to the General Manager, with regular travel between active job sites in the Miami metropolitan area. The Construction Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day field operations on active projects: coordinates field operations under management schedules; supports materials purchasing — collects vendor pricing, places approved orders, and tracks deliveries; handles field logistics, including delivery scheduling, site readiness, and movement of materials and equipment between sites; performs on-site checks of work progress and reports status to management; coordinates site access and scheduling windows with independent contractors; and maintains records of purchases and deliveries for project cost tracking.QualificationsExperience in construction operations, field coordination, or materials/logistics supportFamiliarity with construction materials purchasing and vendor coordinationOrganized and reliable; comfortable working across multiple active job sitesValid driver's license; local travel between job sites requiredHigher education or equivalent professional experienceProficiency in English; additional languages (Ukrainian, Spanish) are a plusMust be authorized to work in the United States
