Key Responsibilities:
Prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications, including setting up tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary equipment
Ensure all banquet areas are clean, organized, and properly arranged prior to events
Assist with the delivery and placement of banquet supplies and equipment
Collaborate with catering and event staff to ensure smooth execution of events
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety in all banquet areas
Break down and clean banquet spaces after events, ensuring proper storage of equipment and supplies
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
