DescriptionCommercial Plumber Job Type: Full-Time Minimum Years of Experience Required: 5 Years (preferred) Minimum Years of Education Required: Associates Degree or equivalent field experience Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience Travel: Minimal Must be Authorized to Work in the US Primary ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair and maintain pipes, valves, fittings drainage systems & fixtures in a commercial environment. Read and follow blueprints and plans. Collaborate with General Contractors and other trades and construction professionals. Job Qualifications/SkillsSkilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and common safety practices. Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings. Plan pipe systems and related equipment installations. Heating and cooling hydronic piping installation. Proficient with victaulic, pro press and sweat end connections. Repair and maintenance of pipe systems, supports and related equipment. Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements.
