Special Information: -Call outs are strongly discouraged and could lead to termination -May be asked to precept, as needed by the unit Department: PT # of patients treated per day: 7 treatment hours • COMBINATION OF IP/OP * General Certification Requirements :BLS Other Certs Required for all PT: Texas and national license Common diagnosis / Types of patients: SNF • General, wounds, ortho, neuro, Debility Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient Critical Access: Op all dx, IP: Acute/Obs/Skilled/woundcare/Vacs • All dx What areas are they required to cover IP/OP Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Wound care experience is preferred but not required.
