Construction Coordinator
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to oversee contractor activities across multiple projects and facilities. This role ensures work is performed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contract, quality, and company standards.Responsibilities:Observe and monitor contractor construction activitiesEnforce safety standards and industry best practicesIdentify performance, quality, and safety issues and recommend corrective actionsEnsure compliance with contract requirements, schedules, and specificationsCoordinate work between contractors, operations, engineering, and managementReview and comment on design and construction documents as neededDocument daily construction activities with written reports and photosCoordinate compliance with company policies (LOTO, hot work, confined space, etc.)Build and maintain positive relationships with contractors and internal stakeholdersQualifications:10+ years of construction, supervisory, or project experience preferredBackground in civil, mechanical, operations, QA/QC, CWI, or welding strongly desiredProject management certification or advanced construction training preferredAdvanced knowledge of OSHA and site safety requirementsStrong leadership and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and enterprise systemsEEO Policy:Allied Resources complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) affirmative action laws and regulations.
