Job DescriptionStrong experience in SAP Support environment (Production systems)Hands-on knowledge of one or more SAP modules related to SDCS, such as:SAP SD / MM / PP / LE / EWM / APO / IBP (based on landscape)Understanding of SAP integrations (IDocs, RFCs, APIs, Interfaces)Technical & Process KnowledgeIncident management using tools like ServiceNow, SolMan, or JiraBasic knowledge of ABAP debugging (preferred for L3 support)Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication with business and technical stakeholdersAbility to work in 24x7 or rotational support environmentsOwnership mindset and proactive approachPreferred / Good-to-Have SkillsExperience in SAP S/4HANA supportExposure to SAP Digital Supply Chain solutionsKnowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions (BTP, CPI)ITIL CertificationSAP Certification in relevant moduleEducational QualificationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldMBA or SAP certification is a plus
