This role supervises insulation crews, coordinates job site activities, and enforces safety compliance.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead insulation crews on commercial and residential job sitesAssign daily tasks and ensure work is completed according to project plans and specificationsTrain new hiresDocument all job site conditions, milestone dates, and potential problemsPerform and prepare field measure estimatesAttend job meetings as directedCoordinate material deliveries and ensure proper use of equipment and toolsRead and interpret blueprints, project drawings, and work ordersMonitor attendance, performance, and job site conduct of crew membersEnsure job sites remain clean, organized, and professionalMaintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working conditionEducation And ExperienceOral/Written communicationKnowledge of all materials, tools & systems usedAbility to read construction documentsTime managementBasic mathComputer literacyValid Driver's licenseSelf-motivation
