If you prefer to live in a world where you're measured by successes and not just on number of years in a seat, let's have a discussion.Responsibilities• Develop, manage, and control project budgets, including cost breakdowns, cash flow, and contingencies• Track job costs against budget and forecast final project cost based on performance trends• Prepare and maintain monthly financial forecasts and cost reports for internal and client review • Review, price, and manage change orders, ensuring accurate cost impacts and margin protectionIf this isn't for you, we can decide that together.
