Warehouse Operations Manager — Wichita, KS$48,000 – $58,000 per year + incentive pay | Full-Time | Reports to Chief Technology OfficerAbout the RoleWe are a growing technology products and services company looking for a dependable, self-starting Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day shipping, receiving, and warehouse logistics at our Wichita location. This role is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly and will serve as the on-site point of contact.What You'll Do• Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling pickups and drop-offs• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification required or willingness to obtain — we will train)• Manage and coordinate production staff to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on time• Lead and develop a small on-site team• Travel to customer sites, vendor locations, or other facilities as required (~25% travel)• Support field service employees by coordinating transport and schedulingWhat We're Looking For• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role with a small team• Strong organizational and communication skills• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred• Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, shipping software)Preferred• Experience supporting or coordinating field service operations• Familiarity with IT equipment and power infrastructureWhy Work For UsWe are a small, innovative technology services company specializing in sales, hosting, and repair within a niche IT industry.
