Responsibilities include managing 22 patients daily with 2-3 new consultations, developing individualized treatment plans for both hematologic and oncologic conditions, and maintaining a 70% oncology to 30% hematology patient mix. The position requires 7a-7a EMTALA call coverage with 3-8 potential shifts and every other weekend call from Friday 5 PM to Monday 8 AM.
