Position overview includes providing counseling and therapeutic services for individuals and families in an outpatient behavioral health role. Flexible scheduling options are available including hybrid scheduling and four 10-hour shift opportunities. Compensation includes a base salary of $70,000 – $80,000 with student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with an option for four 10-hour shifts and one evening weekly until 7:00 PM. Hybrid scheduling is available. The role involves providing counseling and therapeutic services to individuals and families, working with patient populations age 5 and older, maintaining documentation and treatment planning within electronic health record systems, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient support. The environment is an outpatient behavioral health setting with full clinical and administrative support staff provided.
