Para-educatorMake a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Para-educator through our partnership with Tredyffrin-Easttown School District (T/ESD)!The Para-educator position will support students in one of the following areas: Autistic, Emotional, Instructional, Learning, and Life SkillsPara-educators work on student days following T/ESD school calendar yearTypical scheduled hours for Elementary: 8:30-4:00p / Middle School: 8:15AM - 3:15PM / High School: 7:30-3:00Position schedule may vary depending upon assignment11 paid holidays & 7 days of paid time off (pro-rated based on start date)The hourly pay-rate for Para-educator is $20.81 per hourPara-educator responsibilities include:Under the direction of the special education teacher, implement IEP's, and behavioral plans.Provider assistance to students in regular & special education classrooms in completing tasks assigned by teachersSupervise children in the hallway, lunchroom and playgroundAssist the teacher in observing, recording and charting behaviorObserve behavior and carries out behavior management activities
