They also emphasize culture and community through OSU tailgates, volunteering, and other company outings.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Develop and maintain project schedules collaboratively, incorporating input from the team during pre-construction and constructionSecure permits and manage inspections to ensure compliance and approvalsLead onboarding and contract negotiations with trade partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with the budgetCoordinate BIM with pre-construction, architects, engineers, and trades; resolve conflicts as neededCommunicate project status to clients and leadership through reporting on budget, schedule, quality, safety, and changesConduct weekly OAC and coordination meetings with trades, vendors, and stakeholdersManage scope changes, providing impact documentation for timely client decisionsOversee inspections, quality control, punch lists, and project closeoutCollaborate with the superintendent, trades, and client to implement and enforce project safety plansMaintain design documents, version control, phasing plans, and alignment with schedules and costsSupport technical partner selection and business development activities as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
