Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Lead, Financial Systems to join our team in our Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington D.C. offices. This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote while working within reasonable commuting distance from any of our offices. The Financial Systems Manager oversees the firm's financial technology platforms, ensuring the efficient operation and support of financial workflows and strategies. This role supports system functionality, implementation of process improvements and system upgrades. Regardless of position, everyone here has a voice and the support is unparalleled.On a typical day you will: Manage and maintain financial systems, including Aderant Expert, Chrome River, Intapp Time, Sage and other systems, as assigned. Serve as finance technology lead for various financial technology projects, including software implementations and upgrades, template development and integrations to the financial systems.Works in unison with the finance and IT teams to ensure ongoing system functionality while maintaining a high level of governance and oversight. Proactively identifies and implements system improvements and process enhancements.Determinedly troubleshoots financial system issues. Oversee systems maintenance, upgrades and configuration.Serves as the primary liaison between finance and IT.Liaise with external vendors to resolve system issues.Join us if you have:Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial systems management.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related field.Extensive background in legal financial systems, including Aderant Expert.Experience with SQL and API developmentSkilled in reporting platforms, specifically SSRS and Power BIAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Able to work as part of a team.Good communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Proven leadership experience in a financial setting.Who We AreDavis Wright Tremaine LLP is an AmLaw 100 law firm with 9 offices nationwide. Full time employees may be eligible for a bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, telemedicine and virtual short term solution based counseling services, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, subsidized backup care and caregiving resources, 401(k), vacation, sick time, 11 paid holidays each year and an employee assistance program. For full-time employees, the initial vacation benefit is 15 days per year and 11 days of sick leave per year, accrued bi-weekly.
