Plant Controller

Job Description Plant/Manufacturing Controller We are seeking an experienced Controller to join a growing food manufacturing organization. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive financial performance, operational visibility, and strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing finance professional with strong cost accounting expertise, a deep understanding of plant operations, and experience supporting manufacturing leadership teams. Key ResponsibilitiesLead all accounting and financial reporting functions for the facilityManage month-end and year-end close processesOversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysisDevelop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial modelsProvide operational and financial analysis to support business decisionsMonitor manufacturing KPIs and identify opportunities to improve profitabilityPartner closely with plant leadership to drive financial performanceEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsCoordinate with external accounting partners and auditors QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA strongly preferredPrevious experience as a Plant Controller, Manufacturing Controller, or similar manufacturing finance leadership roleStrong cost accounting experience within a food manufacturing environment requiredExperience with inventory management, production costing, and financial reportingStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Why Join Us?Existing accounting support structure already in placePayroll administration is handled internally, allowing this role to focus on accounting, costing, reporting, and operational financeStable and growing food manufacturing organizationCompetitive salary, bonus potential, and long-term growth opportunity Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 base salary plus annual bonus If you're qualified and serious, apply today or send your confidential resume to Brittany at brittany.hamilton@gogpac.com for consideration!
