New graduates are encouraged to attend. This position will report to the MRI Sales & Marketing Manager and manage orders and sales project and site planning for Esaote MRI product range (Human & Veterinary) which provides project assistance to our sales organization, customers, architects, contractors, rigging companies, and field service engineers. When required on-site assistance may be necessary. Performs complex technical projects as assigned by management.Essential FunctionsProject ManagementCreating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlinesDelegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete themMaking effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the projectServing as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergyCommunicating with Sales Manager to keep the project aligned with business unit goalsPerforming quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expectedAdjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project changeProvide planning support to customers, sales, and field service engineers. Provide all planning documentation to architects, contractors, and customers. Conduct project meetings. Follow the Esaote MRI Process Map. Compete each step and action to support effective and efficient project execution.Maintain project documents, drawings, photos, status updates, and reports via Basecamp and the CRM tool.Evaluate site test data. Manage & main the pre-installation package / final report and send it to the customer. Update as needed for product updates.Create site-specific AutoCAD drawings. Manage all aspects of MRI projects from signed PA to mechanical installation. Obtain rigging, construction, and shielding quotations from suppliers. Review all sales purchase orders, system orders to Italy, and SAP sales orders for accuracy.Technical ProjectsQuote and schedule system relocations / removals. Develop seismic anchoring plans for all MRI systems. Maintain the non-inventory items from trade-in goods. Manage the fabrication of stainless-steel lifting bolts for the S-scan & G-scan. Track shipments via cargo ship tracking software, email, and phone calls to freight companiesTrainingIdentify areas where additional training is needed at the individual and department levelsMiscellaneousWork on special projects as required - m ay involve domestic and international travel and site visits.Supervisory Responsibility: NoneTravel Requirements - 50%Position RequisitesBachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction or relevant work experience. 3-5 years of project management experience. Must have a working knowledge of Basecamp, MS Dynamics, and MS Project or equivalent.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. PMP certification preferredAUTOCAD a plusTravelUp to 50%Working ConditionsWork is performed in a remote environment. Travel will be required for Site Survey as needed, and during equipment delivery.Hazards: Possible injury is possible when working with electrical equipment.
