Adminstrative Assistant

The Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and assisting with the execution of high-profile events.Key Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangementsServe as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and partnersAssist with event planning logistics, timelines, and on-site coordinationPrepare documents, presentations, and correspondenceMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionSupport project management and ensure deadlines are metQualifications:Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProfessional demeanor and high level of discretionExperience in events, hospitality, or executive support preferredRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience: 3-5 years of experience in an AA role ideally supporting senior executiveTechnology Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software such as Asana or Trello.Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.Adaptability: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
