Job Title: QC/Safety/Assistant Project ManagerLocation: Boston, MAOverview: We are seeking a QC/Safety/Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Manager with daily operations, focusing on Quality Control (QC) and Safety. This role involves overseeing quality inspections, safety training, and compliance with safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Conduct safety training and write site-specific procedures.Perform audits and recommend corrective actions.Inspect workplace environments for safety and compliance.Assist in accident investigations and develop preventive measures.Produce QC/Safety reports and ensure program accessibility.Maintain and enhance product quality, handle customer complaints, and improve work processes.Track site-specific programs and maintain training records.Requirements:3+ years in QC, safety, or operations supervision; high-rise experience a plus.Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Knowledge of CMMS and OSHA certification preferred.Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
