Housekeeping/Dock Associate

Housekeeper/Dock Associate Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Dock/Housekeeping team! You’ll be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and employees In cooperation with the Dock Manager, you’ll aide in elevating the overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors - Unload new merchandise from trailers in a safe and efficient manner - Handle spills and complete restroom checks hourly - Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances - Change lightbulbs and notify management of lighting inadequacies - Pick up trash, hangers, and recycling nightly - Process new merchandise and delivery to appropriate area of the store efficiently and safely - Assist closing manager to close and lock all interior/doors - Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices Requirements: - Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance - Prioritization and time management skills - Working quickly without compromising quality - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - High school diploma or equivalent qualification If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about creating a productive environment, we would love to have you on our team.
