KTD/SECURITY ARCHITECTURE MANAGER
Lead a team of Security Architects with the goal of providing security architecture services to the Kroger enterprise. Provide thought leadership and mentorship to teammates around the design of secure solutions. The team should partner with production teams ensure strong security posture, compliance with regulations, and safeguard of Kroger data. This leader will partner with other leaders and teams throughout Kroger to create positive outcomes. Bachelor's Degree computer science, information systems, or related technical field
A level of understanding for most of the following: IAM, Single Sign On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Least Privilege, Firewalls, Directory Servers, OAuth, SAML Federation, Compliance, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, Privacy (PI)
Encryption knowledge of network and web related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, BGP and other routing protocols), ZTA, ZTNA
A level of understanding for most of the following: Factor Authentication, Least Privilege, Firewalls, Directory Servers, OAuth, SAML Federation, Compliance, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, Privacy (PI), NIST, Azure Cloud (other cloud solutions)

Provide performance feedback and input into development plans for teammates
Participate in process improvements to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies to ensure adherence to architecture guidelines
Evaluate vendor technical & support capabilities
Present practical input for strategic security decisions. Synthesize complex problems and present simple, practical, reliable, and maintainable solutions
Review and approve application, solution, and product security architectures
Draft Security policies, standards, and procedures for the enterprise in alignment with compliance and risk
Work with internal teams and external providers to review and evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of security controls
Review security technologies tools and services and make recommendations to the team
Lead enterprise security architecture initiatives
Establish performance standards and procedures, regulatory compliance and conduct ongoing performance audits and act with intent
Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
