Maintenance Careers – Los Angeles Region(Technicians, HVAC, Supervisors)Locations: Los Angeles, Inglewood, Long BeachOn site positionsPay Range: $22.00 to $34.00 depending on role and levelOverviewWe are seeking skilled and dependable maintenance professionals to support multiple residential communities across the Los Angeles region. These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy hands on work, solving problems, and helping residents feel safe and comfortable in their homes. We have openings for Maintenance Technicians, HVAC Technicians, and Maintenance Supervisors at various experience levels. All positions require participation in an after hours on call rotation.Maintenance Technician(Levels I through IV)Pay Range: $22.00 to $28.00Key ResponsibilitiesComplete hands on repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and paintingTroubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve resident work ordersPrepare vacant units for new residentsConduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipmentMaintain grounds and common areasProvide friendly and professional customer serviceQualificationsOne to two years of hands on maintenance experienceBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentryValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift more than 75 poundsAbility to participate in an on call rotationHigher Levels (II through IV)• Three to six years of advanced experience• Specialized certifications such as HVAC or ElectricalHVAC Maintenance TechnicianPay Range: $26.00 to $30.00Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systemsPerform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipmentHandle refrigerants safely and in compliance with EPA standardsComplete general maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical repairsPrepare vacant units and ensure all systems meet quality standardsRequired Certifications• Valid HVAC Certification• EPA Universal CertificationMaintenance Supervisor(Levels I through V)Pay Range: $27.00 to $34.00Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and mentor the onsite maintenance teamAssign work orders and manage daily schedulesPerform advanced hands on maintenanceOversee the make ready processManage vendor coordination and property inspections • Support budgeting, inventory, and expense controlQualificationsTwo to three years of maintenance supervisory experienceAdvanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsEPA Universal CertificationValid driver's license and reliable transportationBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance with dependent coverageLife insurance and disability insurance401K with employer matchingTen vacation days per year to startSix paid sick daysPaid holidaysRent discounts for eligible employees
