This individual will serve as a key point of coordination for scheduling, communication, and administrative execution across projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining professionalism in client-facing interactions.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate complex calendars across multiple stakeholders, ensuring efficient scheduling and alignmentAct as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, maintaining clear and timely communicationManage high-volume meeting requests, including logistics, invitations, and materials preparationArrange meeting details such as conference rooms, virtual links, catering, and onsite coordinationTrack scheduling activity and maintain organized systems for visibility and follow-upAnticipate team needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or administrative challengesSupport process improvements related to meeting coordination and workflow efficiencyHandle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismQualifications:3+ years of administrative or coordination experience, ideally in a fast-paced corporate settingBachelor’s degree preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plusExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional presence with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholdersHigh level of adaptability and attention to detailAdditional Details:Contract-to-hire opportunityPerks:Opportunity to work with a highly reputable global organizationStrong potential for long-term growth and conversionCollaborative and supportive team environmentExposure to high-level stakeholders and client-facing workFully remote flexibility with optional in-person team engagementAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
