Training and Instructional Design Specialist

Training and Instructional Design Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning solutions for new and existing associates within the Service Delivery department. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver training curricula using various instructional methods and media Partner with subject matter experts to assess training needs and create impactful course content Facilitate new hire and ongoing training programs while continuously evaluating and enhancing training effectiveness Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Educational Technology, Business, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or process development Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models Experience with lesson planning and curriculum development Proficiency with course development tools and at least one Learning Management System (LMS)
