Description:We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Supervisor with experience in oilfield operations, including quipment rental related to oilfield housing, office units, and fit-for-purpose accommodations in the field. Will support our management team in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee Daily Operations Ensure all daily activities run smoothly, efficiently, and according to schedule. Supervise Employees Actively monitor team members to maintain high levels of productivity, discipline, and professionalism. Leadership Presence Be visible, approachable, and assertive. Address issues directly and handle difficult conversations with confidence and tact. Support Management Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Problem Resolution Identify operational challenges and work proactively to resolve issues promptly. Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records of daily activities, employee performance, and safety compliance. Skills and Qualifications Experience in oilfield operations Equipment rental related to oilfield housing, office units, and fit-for-purpose accommodations in the field Power and lighting services General maintenance and field service operations Previous experience in supervisory or team lead roles, preferably in operations or related fields. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently, demonstrate accountability, and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary to support operational needs. Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in workplace safety. Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
