Here is more information: This is a small reference lab that handles specialized blood bank work for local hospitals. They are part of a larger nonprofit blood organization that provides safe blood supply, specialized laboratory services, and transfusion medicine expertise. Position: IRL Supervisor Type: Full-time, permanent Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (some weekends and holidays required) Description: Oversees 8 lab personnel 3 days/week supervising & 2 days/week working on bench QA, documentation, maintenance, troubleshooting, supplies, and more We are looking for results-driven and impact-inspired candidate who is ready to make a positive difference.
