Summary:Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Workday integrations to support HR and business processes, ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities:Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues.Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.Maintain documentation and provide technical support.Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and integration tools.Proficiency in XML, XSLT, Web Services (REST/SOAP).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with middleware/ETL tools is a plus.
