Supply Chain Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you can make a direct impact on supply chain processes and operations.Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist Location: Fort Worth, TX Pay Rate: $45-49/hour Work Setup: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite/2 Days Remote) Type: Temp AssignmentResponsibilities for the Supply Chain Specialist: * Serve as a packaging subject matter expert, ensuring compliance and performance improvements * Support vendor sourcing, negotiations, and performance tracking * Analyze data and provide reporting to leadership * Partner with internal teams on product launches and updates * Monitor forecasts, inventory risks, and demand planning alignment * Develop SOPs and support process improvements Requirements for the Supply Chain Specialist: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience * 5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or related fields * Master Planning and Scheduling experience required * Experience in pharmaceutical or consumer packaged goods preferred * Familiarity with manufacturing and production in a pharmaceutical environment, including codes, FDA regulations, expiration dates, and primary and secondary packaging * Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; Oracle and MRP experience a plus * Strong communication and project management skills
