E-Learning/Advance Distributed Learning Development Specialist
E‐Learning/Advance Distributed Learning Development Specialist Contract Seeking a specialist with expertise in adult learning, instructional systems design, and training services to support USCG Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare design documents and storyboards in accordance with USCG SOPs and BPA Call requirements. Design instructional, structural, and navigational aspects of ADL products to meet USCG standards. Select appropriate delivery methods, ADL systems, and media for training and competency testing. Develop initial versions of online courses with screen presentations, interactive components, and assessments. Prepare and structure tests and practical exercises to demonstrate learner proficiency. Perform formative and summative evaluations, pilot studies, and incorporate feedback. Develop pilot plans, reports, and ensure lifecycle maintenance of ADL products and documentation. Maintain ADL objects on government servers, provide technical assistance, and support acceptance testing. Qualifications Master's degree in Instructional Systems, Instructional Systems Technology, Instructional & Performance Technology, or Education with a concentration in Educational Technology. Minimum five (5) years of experience using Instructional Systems Development (ISD) processes for ADL courses and interventions. Minimum three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Office, Articulate Storyline, Lectora, Adobe Creative Suite, Design and Web Premium, and RoboHelp. Experience with QuestionMark testing and assessment software. Must be eligible for a minimum Secret Security clearance. Physical capability to perform onsite visits and meet physical requirements of BPA Calls.
