Content and Brand Manager

We are looking for a Content & Brand Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine passion for storytelling to help bring our brand to life across digital and print channels. Working alongside leaders and subject matter experts, you’ll help produce on-brand content, support campaigns and ensure consistency across our communications platforms.Key Roles/Responsibilities: Content Campaign ExecutionSupports the execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns by producing, updating and publishing content aligned with strategy.Creative Design and Brand StewardshipCreates, edits and designs digital and print materials that follow Oakworth’s brand standards and meets regulatory requirements.Storytelling & Editorial OversightWrites and edits clear, client‑focused content and assists with the production of ongoing brand publications such as blogs, the magazine and the podcast.Website ManagementUpdates and maintains content and design on Oakworth.com and the intranet, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment and consistent digital experience.Internal & External Corporate CommunicationsSupports the creation and distribution of internal and external communications, including newsletters, associate updates, investor‑related notices and third‑party platform content.Responsibility Details: Content Campaign ExecutionManage an integrated content strategy and lead multi‑channel campaigns that support brand awareness, engagement and business development.Create and maintain content across core disciplines, partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to produce clear, client‑focused thought leadership.Oversee production of key brand platforms, including the magazine, podcast, weekly blog and other recurring publications.Creative Design & Brand StewardshipWrite, design, edit and publish content across digital and print channels while ensuring alignment with brand standards and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with external designers, agencies and vendors to maintain consistent visual identity and messaging.Manage the sales and content library to ensure associates have access to current, compliant materials.Website ManagementOversee Oakworth.com to ensure clear, client‑focused messaging, strong brand alignment, and SEO/AEO best practices.Maintain and enhance the company intranet to support communication, culture and associate engagement.Develop campaign landing pages that support integrated marketing strategies.Coordinate collaboration with website design partners and other vendor relationships.Corporate & Internal CommunicationPlan, create and distribute external communications across Oakworth and third‑party platforms.Manage internal communications, including associate updates, newsletters, project launches and intern program messaging.Support media relations and investor relations with communication distributions.Measurement, Reporting & Operational ExcellenceManage the content scorecard and report on key performance metrics.Develop processes that improve content production efficiency and publishing workflows.Successful candidates will have: Bachelor’s degree (B A.) in marketing, communications, or related field preferred7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand strategy and/or integrated marketing communicationsDemonstrated ability to lead multi-channel initiatives from strategy through executionStrong understanding of brand governance and AP-style writing and editorial judgment skillsWork effectively in a collaborative, fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholdersFamiliarity with marketing automation and CMS platformsExceptional organizational skills, project management mindset and attention to detailOakworth has been recognized by American Banker magazine as one of the “Best Banks to Work For” nine times, earning a spot on the list every year since the program began in 2013.
