Senior Consultant – Budget to Report (B2R) SME

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Budget to Report (B2R) (P2R) Subject Matter Expert to join our team and support mission-critical financial systems. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Oracle R12 Federal Financials, who thrives in a client-facing environment and brings both strategic insight and hands-on functional experience.Responsibilities:Demonstrated prior experience implementing Oracle EBS Budget to Report functionality, including in-depth understanding and knowledge of Oracle Federal Administrator, Payables and Receivables Processing, Interagency Transaction Processes, and ProjectsManagement.Knowledge and experience of the Federal Budgeting Processes and Regulations.Prior experience with period (month, quarter, FY) closing processes.Prior experience developing interface functional designs.Prior experience designing and executing end-to-end integration testing.Prior experience with GL conversion requirements and mapping.Prior experience designing and implementing Federal Reports in an Oracle EBS environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Support the configuration, design, and development of B2R Global Model functionality.Support deployment of B2R functionality to new Agencies.Provide support to the project lifecycle phase.QualificationsSuperior oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent customer service and customer relationship management skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelBachelor's degree or equivalent years of experienceMust be a U.S. Citizen or hold a Permanent Resident CardMust be able to successfully clear a federal background investigation (government security investigation required)Work schedule: Monday–FridaySalary: $130,000 to $150,000 (commensurate with experience)Benefits:Holidays - Eleven Adoption Assistance Retirement Plan (401k) Matching Tuition Reimbursement Family Leave, Maternity, Paternity Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Paid Time Off (0-3 years - 15 Days PTO | 3+ years 20 Days) i360 is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority/Female/Veteran/DisabilityWe are an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status.Only Direct Hires - No recruiting or staffing firms' submissions will be considered.
