The role will focus onacquiring new customers, managing strategic accounts, developing tailored logistics solutions,and strengthening the company’s market presence in the US freight and logistics ecosystem.This position requires strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of the US logisticsmarket, and proven experience in end-to-end multimodal freight solutions.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers across industries such as retail, FMCG,chemicals, automotive, industrials, and e commerce. Develop and execute territory wise and sector focused business development strategies. Achieve defined revenue, margin, and volume targets for multimodal freight services. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.2. Multimodal Logistics Solutions Sell integrated logistics solutions covering:o Ocean freight (FCL / LCL) o Air freighto Rail and intermodal services o Domestic trucking and drayage Design customized, cost effective, and time efficient supply chain solutions based oncustomer needs. Work closely with operations, pricing, and network teams to ensure solution feasibilityand service excellence.
