Job Description Job SummaryWe're looking for a dependable, hard-working Insulation Apprentice to join our team. In this role, you'll assist with installing insulation on residential HVAC systems and structures to improve energy efficiency and overall performance. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow within the industry.Key Responsibilities:Assist with installation of insulation on ductwork, piping, and equipmentMeasure, cut, and fit insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, etc.)Seal surfaces using tape, caulking, and adhesives to prevent air leaksInstall vapor barriers and protective coverings as neededLoad and stock trucks with materials, tools, and equipmentSafely operate hand and power toolsMaintain clean, organized job sitesFollow all safety guidelines and company standardsRequirements:High school diploma or GED (preferred)Experience in construction, insulation, or a related trade is a plus (not required)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to follow instructions and work in confined spaces or at heightsStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and team mindsetPositive attitude and willingness to learnBenefitsCompetitive base pay with growth opportunitiesCompany uniforms.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Company paid life insurancePaid time off and holidaysCompany cookouts and team eventsOngoing training and career advancement opportunitiesWork Environment: Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
