Courier Labcorp is seeking a Courier to join our team at 8490 Upland Dr., Suite #100, Englewood CO 80112Work Schedule: 2nd shift: Monday - Friday 4:00PM - 12:30AMJob Responsibilities: Load all necessary supplies needed for the daily pickupsComplete daily pick up schedule in a timely mannerDeliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shiftHandle all specimens and lab samples in safe and efficient mannerSafely operate company vehicle and obey all traffic lawsUtilize handheld electronic device to manage daily picks upWork directly with dispatcher for additional pick-ups as neededEvaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes and weather conditions as neededPreferred Qualifications: Current or prior Labcorp experience2 or more years of professional courier or route-based delivery experience, ideally within a medical or laboratory company.1 or more years of experience handling medical specimens or supporting hospital / laboratory operations2 or more years of experience using handheld delivery-management devices or route optimization tools, such as scanners, GPS-based routing software, or dispatch applicationsAdditional Job Standards: Valid Driver's License and good driving recordBe at least 21 years oldPunctual with strong time management skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCustomer service experienceAbility to problem solve customer issuesAble to lift up to 50 lbs.Flexibility to work overtime as neededExceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionAt Labcorp we have a passion in helping people live happy and healthy lives. In addition, for only $125 per month, you will have the option of taking this vehicle home with you and using it for personal use.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
