This role is part of a specialized consulting team focused on providing advanced solution development and in-depth product knowledge to advance Oracle Health's strategic priorities. As a Lead Consulting Developer, you will focus on developing and optimizing Python code to support AI and machine learning initiatives.This role requires you to obtain and maintain Federal Security clearance and be a US-based citizen.The ideal candidate demonstrates a passion for solving complex challenges through innovation, thrives in dynamic environments, and excels at collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.QualificationsBS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field, with 6+ years of professional experienceExtensive hands-on software design and programming experience, including deep expertise with PythonProven experience designing and building distributed systems and large-scale architecturesStrong experience implementing microservices on leading container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes)Demonstrated ability to optimize systems for performance, efficiency, reliability, and scalabilityStrong customer focus with a track record of delivering robust and maintainable solutionsExcellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across global teamsAdvanced troubleshooting, analytical, and performance tuning skills in Cloud environmentsHands-on Cloud development experience across major platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience working in an Agile development environmentAI/ML experienceProven track record building and operating Generative AI, Agentic, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systemsExperience supporting and automating ML Ops pipelinesComfortable working directly with data scientists and research/innovation teamsFamiliarity with code generation assist technologiesJ-18808-Ljbffr
