Weekend Production Supervisor, Triage

CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 20,000 employees worldwide.The production supervisor position is responsible for coordinating and assigning the activities of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and driving P&L results. This position supervises production operations within an assigned areas or during assigned shifts.Weekend shift: 6:00AM - 6:30PM, Friday - SundayDuties And ResponsibilitiesSupervises workers that operate production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control, or package goods for shipmentSchedule and assign tasks to workers, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivityResponsible for meeting or surpassing daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with accurate reporting that consistently exceeds customer expectationsDeliver clear and concise information during shift transition meetings, ensuring the next shift is prepared for successProvide first level of support for any escalated issue during work shiftMaintain consistent production quality by monitoring departmental performance metricsCommunicate effectively with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met and issues are promptly resolvedEngages in employee relations initiatives, promptly addressing and resolving employee concerns to maintain a positive work environmentAssists in P&L forecasting and analysis, alongside labor planning and schedulingPrepare and administer daily performance feedback and reporting as requiredCoordinates the flow of work through the department and ensures that department has sufficient levels of inventory to meet demand and is staffed appropriatelyProvide training, motivation, and support to employees regarding company and departmental procedures, development opportunities, and departmental processesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitorsAll other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supportsRequired Skills And Experience1+ years of leadership experience, materials/distribution environment is preferredMust have electronic repair experienceCapable problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities, demonstrating a strategic approach with a focus on achieving results and fostering continuous improvementDetail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating effective verbal and written communicationCapacity to engage with customers in a professional mannerStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft OfficePreferred Skills And ExperiencePrevious experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plusSupervising temporary staffExperience working with UKG and KronosGeneral knowledge of OSHA StandardsEducational RequirementsAssociate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.Physical Demands and Working ConditionsWarehouse environment.You will love working in our family-oriented company!
