Actify ABA - Community-Based Referral Coordinator (ABA Therapy Focus)Actify ABA Therapy – Maryland (Field-Based Role)Actify ABA Therapy is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Community-Based Referral Coordinator to expand our presence across Columbia, Baltimore, Ellicott City, Silver Spring, Lanham, and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who understands ABA therapy and is passionate about connecting families with high-quality, clinically appropriate care.Schedule & Compensation:Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PMPay: Starting at $20+/hour , based on experienceOpportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities over timeAbout the Role:This is a field-based position focused on developing and managing referral relationships within the pediatric and autism services community. The right candidate will not just build connections, but serve as a knowledgeable resource on ABA therapy—helping referral partners understand when, why, and how to connect families to services.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with pediatricians, diagnosing psychologists, daycares, schools, early intervention programs, and other referral sourcesEducate providers and community partners on ABA therapy, including service models, clinical appropriateness, and the intake processIdentify and develop new referral channels across assigned territoriesCoordinate incoming referrals and ensure a smooth, professional handoff to the intake teamFollow up consistently with referral sources to maintain engagement and strengthen partnershipsRepresent Actify ABA Therapy at community events, networking opportunities, and provider officesTrack outreach efforts and referral activity to support growth and accountabilityQualifications:Strong understanding of ABA therapy (required)Experience in ABA, behavioral health, autism services, or a related field strongly preferredExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable working independently in a field-based role with regular local travelHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple relationships and follow-upsProfessional, polished presence when interacting with healthcare providers and community partnersWhy Actify ABA:Focus on high-quality care driven by clinical need, not preset hoursStrong operational support that allows clinical teams to focus on what mattersOpportunity to directly impact access to care for families in your communityGrowth-oriented environment with room to expand the role over timeIf you have a solid understanding of ABA therapy and enjoy building meaningful professional relationships in your community, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
