It drives launch readiness and performance by leveraging Regional Marketing Liaison insights, supporting key business objectives, and promoting a customer-first mindset. The position also serves as a connector across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Customer Experience, and other teams to ensure cohesive execution and innovation. Operational excellence and compliance are core to the role, with a focus on maintaining high standards across all Regional Marketing Liaison activities.You'll be responsible for:Thought Leader Strategy & EngagementBuild and maintain strategic relationships with respiratory KOLs to support speaker programs, advisory roles and congress participation.Appropriately and compliantly collaborate with Medical and Sales teams to expand thought leader networks and support launch readinessLeverage insights for business development and pipeline evaluationCommercial Performance & Launch ExecutionSupport execution of MBOs and CEP plans tied to Thought Leader engagementCustomer Experience LeadershipPromote customer-centric culture across Thought Leader team and broader teamsPresent Chiesi corporate narrative during TL meetingsPartner with Customer Experience team to develop listening platforms and co-create value-added programsAlign Thought Leader engagement with NPS and Customer Experience goalsEnterprise CollaborationServe as strategic liaison across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Customer Experience, Value & Access, and TrainingLead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and share insightsDrive innovation and responsiveness in Thought Leader engagementCompliance & Operational ExcellenceEnsure team-wide adherence to Chiesi policies, regulations, and expense guidelinesStrategic ImpactDrive regional KOL strategy aligned to national brand objectivesSupport product launch readiness and lifecycle optimizationStrengthen peer-to-peer speaker development strategyProvide actionable competitive and clinical insightsElevate brand presence within healthcare systems and Centers of ExcellencePartner with cross-functional leaders to ensure field alignmentYou will need to have5+ years in biopharmaceutical industryDemonstrated KOL engagement experienceStrong understanding of healthcare systems and institutional influence pathwaysExperience operating within a matrix organizationWe would prefer for you to haveRespiratory therapeutic experienceMarketing or brand management experienceHospital representative managing large territoryThought leader or regional marketing liaison experience with demonstrated business acumenProduct Manager or Strategic Account experienceProduct launch experience in specialty marketsLocationField-Based/Remote position, up to 75% travel as necessary to meet job requirements; This role will cover the Central geography. Candidates must live in IA, AL, AR, IL, KS, LA, MN, MO, NE, ND, OK, SD, TX, WI. #LI-RemoteCompensationThe annual base pay for this position ranges from $180,000 to $215,000. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
