This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building strategy, expanding market presence, and converting technical capabilities into revenue.You'll sit at the intersection of sales, engineering, and operations—owning the go-to-market approach and turning complex metal solutions into clear customer value.If you understand metals and can sell beyond the commodity, this is where you make your mark.What You'll DoCommercial Strategy & GrowthOwn and execute the growth strategy for value-added services (roll forming, tubing, fabrication, stamping, assembly, etc.)Identify new market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioningBuild and manage a strong multi-region sales pipelineDevelop pricing strategies and margin targets aligned with operational capabilitiesCraft compelling value propositions for engineered metal solutionsProject Feasibility & Deal ExecutionPartner with engineering to evaluate feasibility, cost models, and technical scopeLead the commercial side of proposals—pricing, terms, and customer justificationDrive customer presentations, ROI discussions, and negotiationsAlign sales input with capital planning and production timelinesCustomer Engagement & Market ExpansionBuild relationships with OEMs, fabricators, and industrial customersPosition the company as a strategic partner for engineered metal solutionsSupport plant tours, technical reviews, and customer visitsExpand into new industries, applications, and product linesCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate closely with engineering, operations, and leadershipEnsure alignment between customer needs and production capabilitiesProvide market insights, forecasts, and demand signalsPartner with marketing on messaging and case studiesTeam Leadership & PerformanceLead and develop a team of value-add sales specialists (as the function grows)Establish KPIs for pipeline, conversion rates, and margin performanceDrive disciplined CRM usage and forecasting processesRepresent the sales function in strategic planning and business reviewsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within metals or industrial manufacturingStrong understanding of roll forming, tubing, fabrication, and metal processingExperience building pricing models and selling engineered solutionsSharp financial acumen—comfortable with margins, ROI, and cost driversStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsCRM proficiency and solid Microsoft Office skillsWillingness to travel up to 50%
