Job Description:
We have an urgent requirement for one Onsite Tech Lead to work from the customer office in Dallas, TX.
Role: Tech Lead – Mobile Reliability & Observability
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite – no remote)
Start: Immediate / ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive reliability, observability, and operational excellence for mobile (iOS & Android) applications
- Lead design and implementation of monitoring, alerting, and reliability frameworks
- Define SLIs/SLOs for mobile and web platforms
- Oversee proactive monitoring dashboards and scripts
- Lead RCA activities and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with Dev, QA, and DevOps teams to embed reliability into SDLCMentor team members and drive DevOps maturity roadmap
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Azure Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and observability tools
- Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Node.jsDeep knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) architectures
- Experience with Service
- Now, Jira, and incident management workflows
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native automation
