If you're passionate about making the world a safer place and want to be part of an award-winning company culture, we invite you to join us.Key Responsibilities Own and grow territory pipeline and revenue across:State agenciesCounty & municipal governmentsK–12 school districts and consortiumsHigher Education InstitutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key IT and procurement decision-makersDevelop and execute strategic account and territory plansWork with internal stakeholders (SEs, Channel, Marketing) to align on account strategy and executionEngage partners and resellers to extend reach and drive co-sellingManage full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, demo/presentations, proposal, negotiation, closeNavigate government procurement processes (RFPs, contracts, coops, state vehicles)Forecast and report on pipeline, performance, and key wins to leadershipAttend and represent the company at regional SLED events and industry conferencesQualifications5+ years of direct sales experience in enterprise technology, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, networking, or infrastructureProven success selling into State, Local Government, and/or Education accountsStrong understanding of Florida procurement, budgeting cycles, and funding mechanismsDemonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and strategic accountsSelf-starter with excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsAbility to travel regionally as needed (estimated 25–35%)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMust be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.Preferred QualificationsExisting relationships within Florida state agencies, municipalities, and Higher Education InstitutionsExperience working with or through public sector channels and distributorsKnowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements in SLEDExperience using Salesforce or similar CRMEOE M/F/Veterans/Persons with disabilityThe wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $84,000 - $168,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
